Elaine Sarlo Barraco is a public affairs professional, experienced in developing and executing community relations strategies for corporate clients and coordinating campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels.
Previously, Elaine served as the Southwest Florida Regional Director for U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and has been appointed to serve on the Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Advisory Committee and the Metropolitan Planning Organization Citizens Advisory Board.
Elaine was recognized as a Rising Star in Florida Politics by INFLUENCE Magazine in 2019 and was awarded the 2021 Trail Blazer of the Year award by the Women of Distinction.
Elaine is a fourth generation native of Lee County.
