Scott Wagner helps run Ballard Partners’ Western Hemisphere practice.
His work sits where Washington meets the Americas — cross-border infrastructure, critical minerals, and the sanctions regimes that govern how capital actually moves. He helped represent Korea Zinc through one of the most consequential critical minerals contests in recent memory, and counsels clients before Treasury, State, Commerce, the Department of Defense, and the White House.
His broader practice runs through defense and foreign policy — unmanned systems in the air and beneath the sea, sovereign and sovereign-adjacent clients, and the regulatory terrain where capital meets national security.
He is also the founder of Wagner Legal, a Miami boutique in maritime, aviation, and international business.
