Nikolas Pascual brings a wealth of experience in government, politics, and public relations to his role at Ballard Partners. As Chief of Staff to Mayor Francis Suarez, Nikolas led the Office of the Mayor, shaping legislative and policy agendas that achieved unprecedented results for Miami. Under his leadership, the city saw historic milestones such as its lowest tax rate, the lowest homicide rate in over 60 years, and the largest tech migration in history.
Prior to his tenure as Chief of Staff, Nikolas served as Senior Advisor to the City Manager, where he spearheaded government relations efforts, securing record-breaking funding for Miami from both Tallahassee and Washington D.C. He was instrumental in establishing Venture Miami, the city’s inaugural Economic Development Agency, which played a pivotal role during the influx of businesses moving to South Florida.
Nikolas began his career as a Legislative Aide in the Florida House of Representatives, working alongside influential leaders like Representative Jose Felix Diaz and Speaker Jose Oliva. His contributions played a pivotal role in achieving significant legislative successes for Miami-Dade County and South Florida.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Nikolas is deeply committed to community service, volunteering with organizations such as the Children’s Home Society and Camillus House. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida International University, where he remains actively involved in mentoring students.
A proud native of Miami, Nikolas resides in the city with his wife Blislainey and their three children, Sophia, Brady, and Marino.
