Justin’s effectiveness in Washington is rooted in his deep experience within the executive and judicial branches. He was appointed by President Donald J. Trump to serve on the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships from 2018-2020, a role he also held under President George W. Bush. Earlier in his career, he served as a top policy advisor and spokesman for Florida Governor Jeb Bush, where he shaped key policy and communications strategies for the governor.

In the legal arena, Justin was appointed by U.S. Senator Mel Martinez as Chairman of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission for the Southern District of Florida, where he led the selection process for Federal District Court Judges and U.S. Attorneys from 2005-2008.

He is also the founder and publisher of Sayfie Review, Florida’s influential political news site and mobile app, which has been a long-standing staple of Florida’s politicos since 2002.

Justin received his bachelor’s degree in American Government from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami, where he was a member of and published an article in the Law Review. He remains an active leader in international relations, as a member of the American Council on Germany and the American Swiss Foundation.
