Our Team

Steve is the President and Founder of Sagacity Global Services, (SGS) providing bespoke consultancy, facilitation and professional services to corporate, government, individual and international Clients. Steve specializes in elected official, congressional and political engagement services as well as expert advisory services related to “full-scope” security and cybersecurity needs on behalf of the Client.

Prior to launching SGS, Steve served almost two decades on Capitol Hill in varying capacities with the most recent being the Deputy Assistant Sergeant at Arms for the U.S. Senate, where he was responsible for working in partnership with Senate Leadership, Senators, congressionally elected/appointed officers, chiefs of staff and Senate committee directors to advise on, problem solve, and deliver results for an array of security-related matters and sensitive issues.

Throughout Steve’s career, he has been recognized for exceptional leadership, vision, integrity, partnership building, strategic planning, problem-solving, and achievements. Steve has a proven record of generating successful results and effecting change through collaboration with key partners and stakeholders to identify requirements, implement solutions, and build/advance programs and capabilities for mission success.
