Scott Wagner is Partner at Ballard Partners and the founder of Wagner Legal, a boutique law firm in Miami specializing in maritime, aviation and international business, serving clients around the globe.
Mr. Wagner is a graduate of Yale, with Honors, and of the University of Miami School of Law. He has served as the Co-Chair of Governor Ron DeSantis’ 2022 Transition Team and as a Board Member and later Chairman and CEO of the Super Pac supporting Ron DeSantis for President.
Wagner is a member of the Orange Bowl Committee and also serves on the Biscayne Bay Commission and as the Vice Chairman of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District, where he was appointed by Governor DeSantis and unanimously confirmed by the Florida Senate to serve a second 4-year term serving the community of over 10 million residents to enhance ecosystem and Everglades restoration, protect from flood issues, improve water quality, and ensure proper water quality for all of South Florida.
