Our Team

Emilia Pulido is an Associate in Ballard Partners’ Miami office, where she supports the firm’s advocacy, government relations, and strategic advisory efforts. With a background spanning finance, international business development, and global markets, Emilia brings a sharp analytical perspective and a multicultural approach to navigating complex policy and business environments.

Prior to joining Ballard Partners, Emilia served as Administrative Director at Alimentos Nutrion, one of Colombia’s largest pet food manufacturers, leading business development initiatives across Latin America, while driving strategic financial analysis and operational planning.

Earlier in her career, Emilia worked at Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management in Miami as a Client Associate with the Fenix Wealth Management Group. There, she supported the management of 30 high-net-worth family portfolios totaling more than $1 billion, assisting with portfolio analysis, client strategy, and market research.

Emilia has an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, with a concentration in entrepreneurship. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Political Science from the University of Miami.

Raised in a multicultural environment and fluent in English, Spanish, and Portugues, Emilia brings a global mindset and relationship-driven approach to her work. She combines financial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to help clients navigate evolving political and economic landscapes.

Outside of her professional work, Emilia has dedicated hundreds of volunteer hours to community service and remains active in international networks that foster cross-border collaboration and leadership.
