Amaryllis Fox Kennedy has dedicated her career to the achievement of American technological dominance in defense of America’s national security and prosperity.

Under President Donald J Trump, she served as Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Policy and Capabilities, crafting the National Intelligence Strategy, integrating frontier technologies across the national security enterprise, and streamlining the process for more effective public-private partnerships with America’s greatest innovators. Amaryllis also served as Associate Director for Intelligence and International Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget, overseeing the budgets of all eighteen intelligence agencies, the State Department, Development Finance Corporation, Export-Import Bank, and international Treasury programs including the World Bank and IMF. She served on the board of the Millennium Challenge Corporation and continues to serve on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board and the Intelligence Oversight Board.

Prior to serving in the Trump Administration, Amaryllis spent her career in Silicon Valley at the nexus of natural language processing, early artificial intelligence, and social commerce. She then served as Campaign Manager for Robert F Kennedy Jr’s presidential campaign during the 2024 cycle, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize grassroots media distribution, political organizing, and digital impact.

Amaryllis formerly served as a CIA clandestine service officer, focused on keeping weapons of mass destruction out of the hands of non-state actors. Living under nonofficial cover in a hard-target country in the wake of 9/11 imbued Amaryllis with a lifelong respect for the intelligence officers and warfighters who serve at the tip of the spear to protect American freedom. Her career has been devoted to ensuring that all American operators have the technology and support they need to execute the national security mission.

Amaryllis has an undergraduate degree in law from Oxford University and a master’s degree in international security from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She is a proud patriot, wife, and mother of three children.
