Our Team

William is a seasoned political professional offering ten years of experience in government affairs, public relations, and operations. He began his career on Capitol Hill, serving members from his home state of Mississippi, including Senator Thad Cochran and Congressman Alan Nunnelee.

In early 2016, William joined the Trump campaign and was later chosen as a Presidential Appointee for the US Department of Agriculture. Beginning his service on Inauguration Day, he led the beachhead team as an advisor to the office of the Under Secretary of Farm and Foreign Agriculture Services.

William was subsequently appointed Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Presidential Advance and Trip Director at the White House, where he was responsible for programming and directing President Trump’s daily travel. In this role, he regularly briefed the President on logistics, current events, and relevant policy topics. William managed every aspect of the President’s travel within the US and abroad, leading his team of Advance Operations Associates and ensuring efficient operations for each team. William also worked closely with other White House offices to formulate strategic communications and messaging plans, crafted policy briefs, and facilitated meetings between the President and Cabinet Members, foreign officials, Members of Congress, and outside organizations.

He additionally served President Trump as his campaign’s State Director for Mississippi and Advisor for DC Outreach in 2024. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University in Marketing and Political Science and currently resides in Alexandria, VA, with his wife Sarah and two children. They are members of McLean Presbyterian Church and actively involved in their community.
