Tracie Pough is a strategic and seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of legislative, political, non-profit, and private sector experience.
For more than 20 years, Tracie served on Capitol Hill, most recently as Chief of Staff to Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schult, a position she held for 18 years. Prior to her tenure with Wasserman Schultz, Tracie was an Advisor to the Honorable Nancy Pelosi (2003 – 2005). From 2011 – 2016, she served as Senior Advisor and Director of Chairwoman Wasserman Schultz’ Office at the Democratic National Committee.
Tracie combines a pragmatic approach and creativity with keen political acumen to yield results. With her experience and leadership qualities, Tracie provides competent support and counsel to public officials, governmental entities, political institutions, and private-sector organizations.
